Shipping policy
TMAT Australia ships orders from our Melbourne location to customers across Australia and New Zealand. Our aim is to dispatch all in stock products within two business days. Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier availability.
Standard delivery time frames:
- Metro areas: 2 to 5 business days
- Regional areas: 3 to 7 business days
- Remote areas: 5 to 12 business days
Customers will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
If an order contains pre order or incoming stock the full order will ship once all items are available. Please contact TMAT Australia if you require split shipping.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. TMAT Australia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers weather conditions or customs processing for New Zealand orders.
If your order arrives damaged please notify us within seven days so we can assist with replacement items.
