Refund policy
TMAT Australia accepts returns within fourteen days of delivery for products that are defective, damaged in
transit or supplied in error. Returns are not available for change of mind.
To request a return please contact TMAT Australia within fourteen days of receiving your order and provide
your order number, details of the issue and photographs if applicable.
If the return is approved TMAT Australia will provide instructions for sending the product back. Returned
items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the fault relates to manufacturing or transit
damage.
Once the returned product has been received and assessed TMAT Australia will supply a replacement
component or issue a refund to the original payment method depending on the approved outcome. Original
shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was supplied in error.
This policy is provided in addition to rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
