Payment policy
TMAT Australia accepts major credit cards debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or approved third party gateways.
Orders must be paid in full before shipping. TMAT Australia does not store credit card information. All transactions are subject to fraud screening and verification.
If a payment is declined the order will not be processed. Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct at the time of purchase.
Warranty policy
TMAT Australia provides a one year warranty on TMAT products against defects in materials and manufacturing under normal intended use. This warranty applies to products purchased through TMAT Australia or authorised Australian retailers.
This warranty does not cover misuse modification incorrect installation accidental damage or wear resulting from normal use. The warranty also does not apply to products used outside enclosed or covered cargo areas where exposure to weather or environmental conditions may affect performance.
If you believe you have received a product with a defect please contact TMAT Australia with proof of purchase photographs and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and supply replacement components if approved.
This warranty is provided in addition to consumer rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
