1. Customised Vehicle Fitment vs a Universal Pack

LockNMat currently supplies one universal package containing 12 large tiles, 12 medium fillers, 12 small fillers and 12 matching blockers. These pieces are rearranged across its supported dual-cab ute models.

LockNMat advises that small side gaps may remain, commonly around 20 mm and no more than 25 mm per side.

TMAT Australia takes a different approach. Every order is individually configured to suit the customer’s selected vehicle and cargo area.

A customised TMAT kit can include:

• The correct number of full panels
• The required infill strips
• Pre-cut panels for irregular vehicle dimensions
• Appropriate blocker types and quantities
• A ramp kit where applicable
• A vehicle-specific installation layout

Where complete panels and standard strips cannot provide accurate coverage, pre-cut panels can be included to create a cleaner and more precise vehicle-specific installation.

2. Blocker Choice and Adjustability

LockNMat currently advertises one full-size blocker design, with 12 matching blockers included in its universal package.

TMAT offers several blocker options so the system can be configured around different equipment, shapes and applications:

TMAT offers optional 48-inch and 50-inch Ramp Kits for compatible vehicles and applications. These can provide:
